manager of a doctor’s office can disarm the security system from the
touch tone phone at home on Tuesday night because the cleaning service
is coming. The system can be armed remotely by phone after they leave. |

(Security): The
business owner is awakened in the middle of the night, that the alarm is
activating, because a window was left open and is "rattling with
the wind". The business owner can pick up a home phone, access the
business alarm system remotely by phone, bypass the window in question,
and arm the remainder of the alarm system. |

air conditioning may need to be adjusted on extreme weather days, so
that the temperature is suitable at the start of the business day. |

camera surveillance system is combined with a PC or laptop, the CCTV system takes

from a remote location (such as home) can provide real time video with
